Elaborating the methodological framework for the institutional differentiation of Romanian Universities by establishing typologies to ensure the diversity of services in higher education
The goal of this differentiation is establishing a pattern to ensure diversity within higher education services offer and to reflect the complex role of universities in knowledge producing, sharing and transferring, along with regional development and cohesion. The differentiating methodologies process presumes integrating the good international practices, including worldwide key experts advising. The public debates have been focused on the need of classification of complex academic establishments.
